| What | 6th Annual AB Dangle and Dash Run/Walk 5k to support both the AB High school Girls & Boys Hockey programs. The 5K will start and finish at the Douglas and run through Actons Indian village neighborhood.

| About the race | Don't miss the opportunity to race ABHS Girls and Boys hockey players in a 5k! See how good the are without those skates! Funds raised from the 5k will benefit the both hockey teams. |

| T-Shirts | T-shirts to the first 125 people who register! Any remaining will be given away on a first-come first-serve basis. |
| Awards | The top-3 overall will win medals as well as the top-3 in the following age groups: 12 & Under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ |
| Early Packet Pickup | For those that register in advance and want to avoid lines on race day, early packet pickup will be held at Marx Running & Fitness Center (423C Great Rd. Acton MA 01720) on Friday from 2 PM - 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM - 5 PM. |
